  • Our coworking space is open 24 hours 7 days a week. Our cafe is open to the public from 8am to 9pm everyday. We are closed for necessary Balinese holidays, such as Nyepi (Balinese Silent Day)

  • There are various ways. First, you can do a lost/forgot password on the WiFi login page and an email will be sent to you for the reset. Second, you may login from our website (bwork.id), click Login and once done, go to My Account and look for the Password section. Lastly, via your Members’ App (Passport by Nexudus) you can go to your Profile and select Change Password.

  • You're more than welcome to bring your friends along for a tour of our space, or you can let our staff assist you to make it hassle-free. However, please note that a Day Pass is required for your friends to access our work zone if they plan to work there. If it's only for a couple of hours, your friends can also work from our café area, which is open to the public and offers Wi-Fi with the purchase of food and drinks.

  • Please check our current promotions on the website or Instagram.

  • Members are welcome to bring food from outside and enjoy dining in the Level 2 Sunny Work Zone area. Outside food or drinks are not allowed in the cafe area.

  • We have two designated smoking areas: the outdoor Garden Cafe and the Main Parking area. Smoking is strictly prohibited in all other areas of the property, including the Yoga Shala, Pool Garden, and all Work Zone areas.


  • Feel free to visit our space where we can assist you with the registration process. It typically takes 5 to 10 minutes to complete everything, please plan your time accordingly. Once you're registered, future visits or extensions will be much easier, requiring a maximum of 2 minutes.

  • We don't provide trial passes, but we do offer a Day Pass starting at IDR 199,000 for KTP (Local ID) holders and the regular Day Pass is IDR 280,000, which includes 1 hour of focus room usage.

  • We accept payments via Cash, Credit/Debit Cards, or Bank Transfer. There is an additional 3% surcharge for payments made with AMEX.

  • Cancellation is not allowed during the period of an active membership

  • Pausing or transferring membership is not allowed.

  • Each membership is valid for only one person. Sharing memberships is not allowed.

  • We host a variety of events each week. Some are open to the public, while others are exclusive to our members. Please make sure to regularly check our Instagram for updates on event schedules.

  • Our system automatically tracks the hours when you're connected to our WIFI. Please note that once your hours are used up, your membership will be terminated.

  • As BWork Members, each of you has your own account accessible via our webpage (bwork.id) or the Membership App (Passport by Nexudus). In your account page, you can review your profile, hours, perks and benefits, book focus rooms, and more.

  • Unfortunately, it's not allowed to upgrade your plan during your active membership period. Our system is designed to align with your active plan, and until its completion, we're unable to make any changes to your current plan.

  • You can meet your guests or take phone calls in the cafe area. However, kindly relocate to the members’ work zone afterward to free up space in the cafe area for customers in need.


  • Our members' internet speed reaches up to 80 Mbps. We provide LAN cables in the focus room and meeting room with speeds of up to 120 Mbps to ensure seamless phone or video calls.

  • Your membership account allows access for up to 3 devices.

  • Most devices are compatible with our local host internet settings when using a VPN. Before purchasing a membership, we will first check your devices and then help you connect through the VPN.

  • Yes, we offer meeting rooms in three different sizes. You can choose according to your needs, accommodating 4, 6, or 10 people.

  • We offer a range of facilities, including a smart TV with wireless mirroring and an HDMI cable, a glass board equipped with markers, electrical outlets, comfortable office chairs, and LAN cable access. Guests of the meeting rooms also have access to a water dispenser and cups conveniently located in the workspace area.

  • We value the coworking space as an open sharing space where all members can have the same chance of using our available and various facilities, therefore we do not have a dedicated space or private offices at BWork Bali.

  • Yes we do. We have available stationery items for you to use, printers, paper cutters and a laminating machine. To be able to print, the staff can help you with it, you can send the file to printing.bwork@gmail.com and once printed, we always delete the emails & files.

  • We want to ensure that each member has an equal opportunity to use our facilities. Therefore, we do not allow room bookings more than 5 consecutive days in advance.

  • To ensure fairness, each member is allowed to use the Focus Room for up to 2 hours per day. However, on less busy days, management may grant permission to use the rooms for longer periods.

  • Yes, we do allow this, but a security deposit of IDR 200,000 is required. Please contact our staff for assistance.

  • We do not provide PCs, but we have 28 monitors of various sizes available in the Level 2 Concentration Work Zone. You can connect your laptop to these monitors using an HDMI cable. However, please note that these monitors are a shared facility for all our members and cannot be reserved. They are available on a first-come, first-served basis.

  • We have three work zones within our space. Phone and video calls are permitted in the Level 2 Sunny Work Zone. However, in the other two zones, the Level 1 Casual Work Zone and the Level 2 Concentration Work Zone, phone and video calls are not allowed.

  • B Cafe specializes in providing nutritious meals to promote a healthy lifestyle and emphasize the significance of a well-rounded diet. Our menu features diverse delicious options, including vegan, vegetarian, and keto specials.

  • With every purchase of IDR 50,000 worth of food and beverages, you will receive 90 minutes of WiFi access. If you require additional WiFi access time, you can make another purchase of IDR 50,000 worth of food and beverages.

  • We use coconut sugar as a healthier replacement for refined white or brown sugar, because coconut sugar contains a small amount of inulin, a type of soluble fiber that can make post-meal blood sugar spikes less likely.

  • Yes! We have a few items in the bakery available for dietary needs and our fresh food from our B kitchen is also available to cater to that, please do let our staff know if you have any dietary requirement for your meal.

  • We have our 2nd floor outdoor Garden Cafe as part of our public Cafe area.
